I am quite disappointed with the serving they provide in loaded beef bibimbowl compare with other bonchon branches. Looks small and not fancy.
BonChon is great, don’t get me wrong. But this branch/franchise in particular served me a very dry and bland chapchae, and almost-burnt fries. Please check your staff, if they overcooked the fries, better not just serve it to your customers.
I waited more than 40 minutes before I picked up the order
SUBRA TAGAL SERVING AT UNDER STAFF, 40-50 waiting time to serve
Super slow cashier (Bonvie). Only 1 person in line but had to wait for more than 10 minutes to take order. After the customer is in front of me is done ordering, cashier didn't even have the courtesy to apologise.
