We ordered at 8:24 and told us that the prep time is 15-30 mins. They did not advise us that the mall was going to close by 9PM and thought it will be 10PM. 30 mins in and it was not ready then the mall as about to close. The manager was not even sorry.

We ordered chicken racks 8 pieces all thigh part but we received 6 pieces of burnt rib part. So disappointed.
