I always find comfort in Korean food, and I'm happy to learn that other than fried chicken, Bonchon has added tteokbokki to their menu. Though my pasta tteokbokki was served hot, I'm pretty sure tteok and fish cake were not made fresh 😂 There are adequate tables and various menus with affordable prices. The service is quite fast, which surprised me since everything here works extremely slowly, and that tests my patience very much.

First time to visit this branch and it's great. The chicken was cooked perfectly, courteous and helpful staff. I was early, so plenty of seats are available. Nice experience.

We ordered the BonChon's BibimBowl and their Milky Kreme. BibimBowl was great but the Milky Kreme was nothing special. Although the place was jam-packed, service was fast. The problem was the seats. If you go here during lunch or dinner, it could get really crowded.

I was disappointed when I dined in at Bonchon SM Megamall. The food at the menu board looks very attractive but when the food is served, it's disgusting. Reasons: 1) food served has wilted vegetables, not appetizing. The serving is less than the usual size from other BonChon Chicken stores; 2) food quality is below average, not worth the price; 3) service is terrible. The cashier was impolite and rushy.; 4) dining area is not clean. I don’t recommend this place.

The signature chicken meat quality is not of highest quality anymore and Chapchae is very dry than usual. The plates given to us are wet. We will not comeback on this branch anymore.
