The place is very accesible and the only bonchon I know that have working bingsu machine. -⭐ the container for bingsu is messy. when you try to scoop the shaved ice it gets everywhere because it is already full. they need to use the silver large bowl again. -⭐ the chicken is soooo small.

I specifically told these people to double glaze the chicken. And I WILL pay for it as standard. This is not double glazed because they did not even charge me and the chicken tasted like fried chicken. MAG SARA NA KAYO.

Poor service. We requested specific parts of the chicken then presenting us with other parts. The atmosphere is a mess. They couldnt follow simple instruction. My wife needs to wait for more than 40 mins to get her food done.

Poor service. I was given a time frame to wait for 20 mins for the food. Then I waited for 1 hour to get my order. Then, I noticed that they priorities the new customer regarding with their orders. Finally, they are not listening with the instructions provided. I clearly stated that I'd like to receive a Mango Cheesecake Bingsu and they give me oreo. Then, I already mentioned that I wanted to take out the order but they serve me dine in.
