BonChon was brought in by Scott Tan in 2010. He believed in a good future for Korean style Fried Chicken in the country. BonChon was started in 2002 in Busan, South Korea by Jinduk Seh. BonChon was "exported" to the US in 2006 and became the OG twice fried chicken they're familiar with. Known for the extra crispy thin batter in soy garlic and spicy flavors. I came to dine in for a quick food bite only. The chicken has its own style fried and the but there is no gravy for you to eat with rice. The coleslaw is a joke due to its only one small portion like in a condiment sauce container. Anyway, I still like their chicken and fires. In addition, they have turned on the air conditioner now.

I ordered the Beef Bulgogi because it's closing time and there were no other food options left. The food is actually great. I don't really eat that much vegetables, but I downed the whole thing. The beef was also quite soft and chewable. The food took 19 minutes to serve, as a person who was hungry at that time and wanted to eat as fast as possible, it was quite slow, but the cashier was very kind and friendly. On the other hand, the temperature is hot even before closing time, I dont know if they closed the AC early or not.
