On every occasion when we place an order in foodpanda, we consistently encounter errors in the fulfillment of our orders. Despite paying for a meal that is of significant expense, we are still left with an order that is less costly than the original order. Despite their slow pace, they still manage to mess it up. Photo attached is an order that we didn’t originally order: - We ordered 12 pcs boneless rack chicken (2 flavours) - What came is 6 pcs boneless rack chicken (unknown singular flavour)

Bonchon has never failed me when it comes to their tempura bowl. However, the Korean style fried chicken is too crunchy to the point that it's difficult to chew.

About every time I go to this branch, I always experience something bad... Before this place was nice to go to. I love bonchon a lot but this specific branch made me not even want to go to bonchon again... After a long time not going here I thought about giving it another try. I ordered a chops burger and asked for it to get double glasses (for I used to do this in other branches with success) however the one taking my order ended up asking another person, possibly the working manager, if it was possible.
