Popular korean style fast food chain with a slowly growing menu covering not only chicken but also beef and seafood. Food is about as good as every other branch. Altogether not my first choice for a cheap lunch but it offers variety from the offerings of Jollibee (right across the lobby) etc. However, they really don't have a budget meal option available in other fast food restaurants. The only branch left outdated with the food quality and food taste standards among all branches. For my dine-in experience, I ordered soy garlic chicken poppers and gave me almost unglazed chicken. Ordered chapchae and I had to put tissue papers to let the bottom part full of oil be absorbed. Many times I have ordered thru Grab, and still disappointed with their service. Most of the time they don't have what you needed to have your BonChon food cravings satisfied.
