Staff are polite, from order taker to server, though they are rattled by the number of customers. They asked for our receipt many times and they also forgot to serve the iced tea. Coffee Bingsu was served first but I hope it would be last since it was dessert after all. Ordered bibimbowl and she offered the ultimate. Asked what's the difference and she said more like egg. Hmm.. I found out it was a whole other format as well in a sizzling plate and it was too long, last to be served. Preferred the regular bibimbowl than this. My companion said the fish tasted stale, but for me it tastes okay…

The food is great but the service? Not very good. We ordered 12:22 pm. When was the food got served? 1:00 pm. Yes waiting for more than 30 minutes just to eat our food. We just ordered only chicken and only ONE crepe yet that takes half an hour? This is not the only time though, every time we dine in here this always happens. I just don’t want this to happen to anyone

Food is okay, waiting time is terrible. Not gonna recommend for FAST food 'cause it aint fast.

Was nice to the staff but they were still rude anyways. Air-condition is leaking. Poor ambience and customer service for such an expensive price.
