We are here to celebrate my baby's birthday, but there were no welcome amenities for birthdays, which we expected to have. The receptionist did not show much care for guests during check-in. Only the bellboy assisted us properly, and we appreciate his extra effort. However, instead of explaining that they were still preparing the rooms, the receptionist simply mentioned the standard check-in, which could have been communicated in a more professional manner. OVERALL: A decent budget option but personally, I would spend the extra $ to stay somewhere else. Front office and restaurant staff were all very friendly, helpful, and welcoming. Decent breakfast buffet with different options daily. Location is far from the hustle and bustle of station 2 with a beautiful quiet beach right outside of the hotel. There is lots you can do in the hotel—3 restaurants, 2 pools, bars, and nightly entertainment. But…there is no direct path to the hotel, so we had to drag our luggage through the sand. The rooms were super old and ugly, nothing like the pictures show…
