This Bo's Coffee shop is conveniently located right across Radisson Blu hotel. The ambiance is chill and the staff are very helpful. Among the coffee shops within SM City Cebu, this is the place I prefer to get my local hot chocolate..in a mug. Do buy local and support local business! Five ⭐️s! 👍🙌🎉

Love the staff aside from the products they serve.. I always come back for my favorite cafe latte and Dolce.de leche.. and Mango cheesecake.. yummy.. the staffnso niiiceeee and very friendly..

Lady at the cashier was super rude. It's not my fault she can't hear me well and yet she was so dismissive and had a super sour look as if I'm being annoying. Guess what, some people are hard of hearing and when they think their voice is loud enough, it may not be the case for you. I am one of those people and since you're in customer service, you ought to be more patient. If it wasn't for the really nice person that handed me my drink I'd have nothing good to say about the place. I approached this cashier lady to order some coffee. I tried to tell her my order but she just said “wait for a moment sir” with an attitude, so i paused and waited, waiting for her to complete whatever she was doing.
