Food serving is generous. I ordered bacon breakfast platter, and they served a filling amount of bacon unlike other restos that only serve 2-3 strips. Service was fast and efficient, they served all my orders correctly in a short amount of time. This branch is also very generous in providing wifi access and numerous sockets for charging gadgets. It's not everyday we see a cafe that provides one for every table, even their al fresco dining area has available sockets. Additionally, they open quite early in the morning when coffee is needed. I appreciate this cafe for the details! 😊

Love the place, the coffee and the cakes are delicious. The service was great too. Just notice one thing the size of the plate for 1 slice of cake. The plate was way too big for a slice of cake you should have a saucer cause the big plate was occupying the space of the small coffee table. Well, I mention this to one of your staff I hope it reaches the management. Anyways, the staff was accommodating and courteous kudos to everyone. Highly recommend this coffee shop to family and friends. Keep it up Bo's coffee! 👍👍👍👍👍

All are good, however, if you’re looking for a coffee shop to do some work then you should look for another one as this branch has the worst cellular signal ever. The store WiFi also is very unstable. Other than that, it’s a really nice coffee shop.

This is not my first time on Bo's Coffee, my usual order is their tropical fruit black tea. So i know the difference. Here at this branch, their tropical fruit black tea doesn't have any pineapple bits or anything. The tea is not filtered well, there are residue of the tea used all over my drink(pic attached). The drink is not packaged well. While driving, there is leakage on my drinks. As for the biscotti, it is already crushed. They just fit it in the middle of our drinks so the moisture and the coldness transferred. Danish is good. But that's it. Worst branch I ever stepped into.

Terrible customer service. It’s like Ms. Cia (the cashier) doesn’t even want to work anymore. No pleasantries, no thank you nor you’re welcome. I was the one who even greeted her and thanked her. I even waited for a good three minutes in the counter and she was just passing by me, like she doesn’t want to take my order. AND SHE WAS JUST LIKE FROWING THE WHOLE TIME. I just ordered a To-Go, I’m not making your life difficult Me. Cia. Your bad customer service really ruined my night. Don’t work in a service industry if you can’t serve your customer well.
