The customer service is good. Kuya Ed helped a lot and they're very attentive. Ma'am Janine, the manage, kept a good eye on our order. The food itself is a just right. Overall the experience was great. I’d like to eat with my family here again.

I did enjoy my ramen. It was so good. Really good. And so as their takoyaki. Boteyju has been one of the top Japanese cuisine restaurants on my list. Already proven.

₱115 Rice Set ₱85 Green Tea pot ₱425 Osaka Curry Rice ₱150 Wakame Salad I like their curry rice. My mom loved their salmon teriyaki but it's not on the menu anymore. No house tea, need to order it separately. This branch is ok, but it's facing the outer mall so it's hot at the corridor getting in and out. /travelspeedx

It was ok. Their menu was packed it almost had everything Japanese food. It was really overwhelming and we felt like trying everything out. The price is a bit high but thanks to a bank offer we had a great deal. What we loved were the shrimp tempura, salad and chicken karaage. Thes rest were ok, but the ramen would be in the bottom of our list. I also noticed the ceiling and walls had watermarks. Service was fast and everyone was accommodating.

To be fair, I like the food because I'm after the nutrition content. So they are a combination of meeting my nutritional needs + comfort food cravings. I would advise, however, to visit this place during off-peak hours because billing out takes too long, and also echoing what another customer said in an earlier review: noisy. I do understand that it's because there are kids running around and screaming (this should be on the parents), but there are other establishments that cater to families in the area and the noise isn't that amplified.
