food was great! staff were friendly and accommodating :) after placing my order, i was informed of the 10 to 15-minute serving time which was no issue for me because i know it was to ensure that my food was cooked well. will definitely come back!
We had their takoyaki (very good) in the Galleria mall pre covid years and now it’s a full lunch at their “new” Trinoma branch. It replaced another restaurant and is besides Popeye’s where Max’s restaurant was before. We had chicken salad, ebi tempura, maki and 3 entrees for each of us. All were very good. The teriyaki chicken salad we shared was good as elk as the maki and ebi tempura. My pork tonkatsu cutlet with egg teishoku (set with miso soup, salad, rice) very good, the pork katsu curry was also very good as well as the teriyaki butter chicken katsudon. The food of botejyu was great, but the place needs a little upgrade.
Food is great, but the experience is just fine.
My first and last visit. The place was pretty old and needs some renovation. The staff were attentive but not the friendliest. The service was really slow, with a 10 minute wait between servings. The portions were small and pricey, and the meat was thinly sliced. Definitely not worth the money.
