Surprised to have good service here during father's day lunch when the place is pretty packed. food prep time was understandably slower but the servers are very attentive especially on water refills. i loved the beef cubes which wasn't my order but i had a few bites. ramen's ok, we ordered 2 ramens and they taste almost the same. the difference is just the other broth was thicker and creamier that the other. i didn't like the pork topping though since it was too burnt for my liking. my other botejyu experiences were at megamall so to compare, i'd choose estancia branch

Decided to try the restaurant since we saw they had sukiyaki in the menu and the staff outside the restaurant said that it was one of their best sellers. However, once we sat down they said that it was unavailable since they ran out of tofu. They said that we can still order it with no tofu, but no adjustment on the price. Therefore, we instead ordered the Botekara All-Star (Karaage Trio), Golden Shrimp Tempura, and Diced Teriyaki Beef Garlic Steak. Food was just okay. Many items from the menu were not available on a Friday night. Out of stock according to the server. Funny that of all days, no stocks on a Friday.

Just saw the server dropped a sauce dish. Picked it back up. Pour sauce into it and proceed to serve……. June 14, 6:08pm Good - good sized but way too salty. Paid for their most premium ₱500 but felt disappointed as there’s not much meat in there. Just do the basic ones and you’ll be happier

Waiting time after ordering was very long, roughly 30 minutes. Got 3 of our dishes wrong, and after returning them, told us our order was out of stock 10 minutes later. Egg on my dish was still raw, orders were missed.
