The Ramen was on point with its rich broth and tender Char Sui pork, the flavor was packed and cooked to perfection. Their staff was also attentive and friendly, but they don't have any service tea unlike other Ramen houses, which is a huge downside for us, and makes their menu a bit more pricey, IMO.

Botejyu seems intimidating at first, but it's actually a good restaurant with great, tasty food and excellent service from the staff. The tables are big enough and the dining area is far from the entrance of the restaurant, which is advantageous. And the food is very delicious. I highly recommend the pork rib hokkaido style and the okonomiyaki.

My 3rd visit. Botejyu Southmall is the best Botejyu I’ve ever went to! Went to other branches, they all didn’t get the authenticity of a Japanese dish especially in Botejyu SM Sto Tomas (worst). If you want good Jap food and great ambience, visit this branch.

Ordered umami soy sauce (kuroho) special which comes with slices of grilled pork Service was really fast like less than 10 minutes Staff were pleasant and professional What first caught my attention was the softness of the pork which was even more tender than jelly. The ramen had runny yolk eggs which is frankly hard to do unless you have pretty good cooking technique. The noodles were cooked just right and the broth has many layers of flavor, with the earthy saltiness hitting your tastebuds first.
