I wanna go back heeeere 🥹🫶🫶 everything is perfect, from the view of Case de Emperador to the yummy food and drinks, all made perfect by their awesome service. Literally you don’t have to ask for anything, they think ahead before you do. They give order suggestions, offered to face the air conditioner (I was by the window, it didn’t feel that hot but they still did it), and when I was enjoying myself taking photos the server suggested a better angle 😂😂 they were interactive and super accommodating it didn’t feel like I was eating by myself. Ordered the beef cheese steak sandwich. The menu did not list mushrooms as an ingredient. The sandwich came with all mushrooms. No beef.

Got the 12oz rib eye steak, absolutely not worth for what its costs! It was bland and chewy! The vegetables that came with it were delicious and cooked right. We also got a beef salpicao. It was delicious, however! It didn't come with rice. You guess since it's the Philippines, every side dish comes with rice, but no! So disappointed! The mango shake was yummy. The ambiance was good, though, and the staff were friendly. Will probably never go back.

Maybe they were having a bad day? I rarely take the time to write negative reviews but the astronomical price for such poor quality made me do it. Waited 20 min for service. No music. Played my own from my phone. Aloof staff. Not very busy. One staff member for each seated table in the place. No soap to wash hands. Had to ask multiple times for the same drink request.
