If you crave for affordable dimsum then Braddex Batchoy and Steamed Rice is the place to be. The flavors are there but it is not as expensive as dimsum restaurants you find in malls. When I go here, I always ordered steamed rice paired siomai or some friend dimsum. Braddex is simply the best value for money dimsum place in Cebu.
