Amazing food and I will forever love the ube champorado, solid choices every day but the pastries are sometimes passed onto the next day. Solid Arroz Caldo, too! Sometimes it takes longer than usual for them to bring the iced coffee requested and you have to remind so it's a point for improvement but otherwise a REALLY amazing breakfast buffet that you absolutely cannot miss if you stay at Conrad Manila.

Brasserie on 3 in my to go place for business dinner and hangout with friends. Food is fresh and fabulous choice. Of course, you got what you pay for. Budget 3000 / head weekday. 3500 peso to 4200 peso / head for weekend and public holiday. They served 60% asian cuisine and 40% international cuisine.

Went here for Father's day lunch. They ask for 50% deposit during reservartion. Their reservation staff are helpful and responds relatively quickly. The restaurant faces the bay area, at least for now. There are ongoing reclamations so not sure how long this view will last. Asked for corner seating with a view and was granted that, thankfully. They provided water and hibiscus juice upon sitting. The place isn't super packed like Spiral level, so there's still some privacy. Very cozy atmosphere with a nice view of the bay. Food options were limited compared to other hotel buffets but their quality is superior. So far, they have the best prime rib I have eaten in a hotel buffet. A perfect medium with a nice sear (maybe I just got lucky that day). Staff was very attentive and courteous. Dessert bar was good with a lot of choices.
