This cafe and restaurant is great! The atmosphere is chill and cool, staff are also really friendly. They know what they’re doing, and you can tell that making the customers happy is their main priority. Foods are all good, some Italian classics, Mexican, Filipino, and some twists, and for their prices and tastes, all 100% worth it!

First time at Brews and Booze Cafe and you have to go! It’s the cutest and coziest spot in Tarlac City with amazing food. Coffees were fire!! The service we received was so amazing, and we will definitely be back again. They made us feel welcomed and gave us an amazing experience.

The food there is very good but the service can be slow at times but always friendly. They don’t have cold beer which makes no sense because they have “Booze” in their name so you have to drink it on ice. Bring a sweatshirt because they usually have the AC units at 20c, which is way too cold for me. Most of the time I go outside just to warm up.

Very good service, crew are polite and anticipate needs of customer. The place is nice, ambiance is high end in feels. I like their merchandize especially the glittered tumbler at 900 Pesos only. Ordered all day breakfast - tapa and hot cappuccino, masarap! Pwedeng tambayan if not for the slow internet.
