We arrived here pretty late just when they were about to close but they were nice enough to let us eat. We got a bunch of dishes- Crispy Fish Fillet with Aglio Olio Pasta, Oat crusted Fish Fillet, a pitcher of pineapple and guava juice, green tea and some dessert. Everything was really good and so was the service.
It's nice to have a branch in the south finally. Pretty interiors and ambiance. Good flavors; and good serving size, their fried chicken with sausage gravy is huge. I like their mashed potato.
The foods were good, and the portions were big enough. My personal favorite was the truffle pasta. It had a generous white sauce, and you can really smell the truffle flavor.
Brique in SM Seaside did not disappoint. We had a hearty lunch here with friends and their staff are so warm and friendly that we felt at home. Highly recommended is: Fat Boisse Chops, you’ll get your week’s worth of chops bec the serving is huge. Most of their entree are good for sharing.
This seems to be quite a new store that opened. I visited on a Sunday, 7pm. It was rush hour so almost all the seats were taken. I had to sit outside but the inside of the store seemed cozy. I wasn't starving so I avoided ordering meat which seems to be their bestsellers. Carbonara (265 php): -Bland runny cream -Too much cream -Feels like they just slapped pasta and cream together. That's not what a carbonara is. It does not meet standards for either western style or Filipino style. Caesar salad (275 php): Big portion Croutons needed more toasting. Guava lime (165 php): Needed more ice sin…
