Me and my Partner usually go to this place to get our usual drink, but earlier when we entered the store it's not quite welcoming. There were two employees on the cashier (a lady and a guy) and since we'll be ordering our usual, I immediately ask if it's available but I didn't get any answer. So I waited for them to ask our order since it seems that they were busy with their phones. While waiting for them to ask the lady on the cashier took a selfie (us on the background) with my Partner's face and open a messenger (seems like she's about to send it to someone) we felt uncomfortable and weird…

The staff named Cheska was off. She let me mentioned my order thrice. I know I have a soft voice but her attitude when I raised my voice higher as if I'm shouting was not really friendly at all. Every move she did has to make loud impact. I know she's working, but she has to keep in mind that she meets new faces every order. Her attitude made my day worse.
