Truly authentic German cuisine with a great variety of German beers and dishes. I highly recommend the Gulaschsuppe and the Kaiserschmarrn. The mixed Greek Salad is great as well. Come prepared to German speaking friendly staff, fair prices, and an authentic German atmosphere. Highly recommended!

My first time eating at Brotzeit and it did not disappoint! We ate outside since we had our dog and our server brought her some water immediately. The menu has a great variety of german dishes. I ordered the spicy chicken sausages served with a side of sauerkraut and potato salad. It was delicious! It wouldn’t be complete without a glass of beer! Overall, the service was great and the food excellent. I highly recommend.

10/10 for me. Pork chop could be thinner but everything else was perfect. Their sides were also delicious, which is nice since other restaurants would sometimes only focus on the mains.

I recently revisited Brotzeit Shangri-La, a place that holds fond memories for me, especially from 2016 when I used to frequent their other branch. Though I now live in Toronto, I still make it a point to drop by this location when I’m in town. Upon entering, the staff gave us a choice between indoor or outdoor seating. We opted for the outdoor area, which was pleasant. The initial server wasn’t big on pleasantries, quickly taking our order and passing us on to another server.
