The food is fine but there's an issue with their loyalty card. There's no exact transparency between them and their customers in relation to their loyalty card policies. I think they need to train their employees more about this. I've been their loyal customer for more than a year now and I never had this issue with their loyalty card before. I hope that the owner of this shop will not take this complaint for granted. You're losing a customer who spends a lot and who's been loyal with you guys for quite some time. The employees who assisted me today isn't that accommodating as well. I wish yo…
