Celebrated our friend's birthday today at Jiang Nan Banawe. The branch has a warm ambience. Had a great food and experience today. Special thanks to Sir JERRICK, Sir MIKO, Sir CHAN CHAN, and Sir ANDREW for the exemplary service. We also asked them to greet the birthday celebrant and accepted our request without hesitation and they even sang gracefully. Thank you so much for a wonderful dinner. We had our dinner here. The wait time even with reservation is almost 30-45 mins because the place was packed with diners. The food was nice especially with their signature sauce. The first serving was fast and everything was laid on our table. We were 7 adults and 2 kinds at the table with one hotpot so it is expected that food will be consumed pretty quickly. We requested for the next round of orders, some of the staff were ignoring us or looking somewhere else. It took us about five staff to ask until we got served by one of them. Went here for the first time with a group of friends, and food-wise, I enjoyed it! The sauces were what I really liked, especially their signature jiang nan sauce, and I’m glad they had a full counter of condiments available for you. Service and the food ordering for the hotpot can improve; there were times when the quantity of our food request wasn’t met and some items were not always available per order, but maybe because we came on a busy night. The food is great but i prefer their paseo makati branch there are lots of balls that is not available. But their sauce is good compare to paseo branch. For their service, the staff are attentive For the atmosphere , the aircon unit on top of our table is dripping, the place is clean but seem messy when looked at. During our visit, the induction assigned to us was also not functioning well it shut off on its own, the power supply seems loose already seems scary everytime they try to turn it own there is a spark sound Overall experience is great
