We were only craving for bulalo but were awed with how beautiful this place is. City lights, fresh air, good food, and of course, a peaceful place to hang out cause it's not crowded. We were also lucky to experience fog during that time. They have a view deck on top and a wide parking space, though you need to keep your receipt in order to wave the parking fee. I love how fast their service is. Their bulalo and sisig is a must try. Will definitely go back here to witness sunrise over Taal Lake.
Bulalo Capital 2 is a perfect place to go if you crave for some Bulalo Soup. The beef meat in the Bulalo soup is so tender and tastes good. Very affordable, big servings and good for groups and or family. Tawilis is okay, not that crispy when they are served but the sisig is really a good choice to add. Kare kareng gulay is not that good, you will know that the peanut sauce is just flavoring and it's not recommended. The view is really spectacular and the place is very Instagramable. Good view of the Taal Volacano during daytime. Affordable Pangmasang bulalo at php660 as their entry level. Special bulalo at php980. Must try: Pangmasang Bulalo php660 Pakbet php370 6pcs Pork BBQ php395 (+10% service charge) Might not be the best restaurant but twas a good to try. Disadvantage: - spoon-fork are not the same nor in pairs - 5% additional from the actual bill for credit card payment Available: - Toilet (a bit smelly) - Parking Reminder: If your a bit sensitive to smell or cleanliness of a place or dining wares... this place is not for you.
We dined with a stunning view of Taal, which was even more spectacular from their view deck upstairs, filled with great photo spots. There’s a minimum food purchase required to access the deck, but since we were a group of over 10, we easily met the requirement. Unfortunately, we visited during dinner, and by the time we finished eating, it was already too dark to take pictures. However, the staff kindly allowed us to use the view deck pass the next day instead. Parking is free for diners, which was a nice convenience. The main reason to go here is for their spectacular view of Taal. They also got some great photo spots. Best time to go is during the warm season as theres no fog to obstruct your photos. As for the food, Its “ok” not bad but also not amazing. The prices are pretty expensive as the receipt also includes entry into the photo areas. Their Bulalo has lots of meat and soup. Taste alright and was cleanly cooked. Though some may prefer a stronger flavor in Bulalo. We also tried the Sisig and Kare Kare they were a bit dry but ultimately alright.
