Ate lunch here today inside Robinson Mall. This is a very small location that needs to expand in a bigger way. We had to wait for a seat to open up. My order was wrong, but the price was correct so I ate what they wanted me to have, even after reading back the correct order? I will still eat here again, but I will take out only & check my order before I leave the counter.

Very disappointed. Service was fine, prefer seating in the mall, fries were good but the burger was very disappointing...small patty, huge, untoasted dense white bun...tasted more like bread than a cheeseburger, including 70p for 2, half size slices of processed cheese. I'm done with Burger King, never again.

Considering BK is a fast food that serves not fast, their service was bad because they don't entertain as fast. The queues are long, cashier's are slow all are busy assemble each order nobody facing the customers. If you are there for a quick bite you'll end up more famish.
