As of October 03, 2024, I went here in SM Sta Rosa for 5 times in the year of 2024. I often eat at Burger King. The area is clean and the staff are kind.

The atmosphere here is okay for having a good time with friends. They offer good burgers with grilled patties. You can actually tell that it's grilled because of the taste. They have table for groups and table for 2s which is good. The fries are thick at really crispy.

everyone know burger king, needless to say this is one of the most busiest branch as it is situated at sm sta rosa. yet one of the cleanest and comfiest branch ive been to of burger king. staffs are very welcoming as well, they are open as early as 10am and closes at 9pm its not just burgers and fries you can also opt for breakfast meals and rice meals. sadly as this is situated within a mall you lose having a drive thru. the only down side was the toilet flush was not working the last time i visited. surely there are alot of things they can improve, however kudos to a clean and fast service.…

Hi burger king. I want to share my very first experience. I've ordered two burger in SM sta.rosa, laguna burger king through grabfood delivery. The packaging was nice and no leakage as I open. It was good then later on after two bites I've tasted gas on it and smells gas actually. This was terrifying, Please take action.

Discrimination of PWD. They're limiting the use of PWD id saying it can only be used for one order but that was already my third order on their store that day. Girl employees are rude too, giving stares and not helping their customer with their order for 30-45 minutes until manager noticed the order still being not being worked on and initiated doing it for the PWD person instead.
