One of the juiciest smash burgers I’ve had. Surprisingly thick for a smash burger, with both crispy and juicy parts. I liked their red sauce more than the green. The green was too herby for me, though it might work if you want something with more “greens” in your burger. Will definitely come back when the hype dies down. Had to line up almost an hour on a weekday lunch, then wait another 10 minutes for the burgers to be served.

oh wow, this is such a good damn burger. i’m really into burgers that aren’t super heavy on the meat, and i loved how thin the beef patty was with those crispy edges. the sauce was so good too, and everything just blended perfectly—the cheese, the sauce, the patty, and the bun worked so well together. i also appreciated that the patties actually had salt on them because a lot of burgers in manila don’t season their patties anymore, probably trying to follow some us standard or whatever. and i have to mention the onions because they really elevated the whole thing—there were caramelized onions…

A p good burger!! I tried the green sauce and its like the green sauce in steak frites. They also have cookies thats worth a try.
