Place looks nice, and the food/drinks are fine, but service is terrible. I tried to use the restroom which to my horror had what smelled and looked like fecal matter on the floor. I discreetly told the counter expecting them to take care of it immediately. They didn’t do anything about it for the next two hours up until we left. They just let it stew there for everyone to endure. It was disgusting. I get that they might be short on staff, but that was important to address, especially for a FOOD place. Perhaps consider hiring more (or better) people.

Per my peers, their coffee ☕ has improved compared to their previous visits and I agree 💯. Their service is excellent during our visit 👍🏻. We went there during the slow hour and we appreciated the interiors especially their iconic Singer sewing machine tables.

Despite there being only a few customers inside at But First, Coffee Tarlac, the service was unexpectedly slow. I also observed that they do not provide official receipts for each transaction. I ordered the Iced Matcha Strawberry, I found it to be lacking in sweetness. On the bright side, this place offers a perfect setting for engaging conversations with your friends, and they have the added convenience of free Wi-Fi.

So we ordered these 2 drinks from food panda for 190 each. They had 100pesos coupon so we paid 242 and mentioned we wanted “no ice”. So heto binigay nila. Half lang kasi “no ice”. We got a shock when we saw the bottles half filled. Less than half pa nga yata. So half pala ng drink nila na worth 190 is ice lang? Complete ripoff.

Most of the drinks had 1 shot of espresso. Syrups overpowered the espresso taste. (Very sweet) Requesting an additional shot cost 30 pesos(Not even freshly pulled espresso shot, meaning deadshot already, bad taste).
