their claim to fame of serving the best pork back dibs in Bacolod is indeed true. A bang for your buck at Php 169 per serving because the rib portions is huge! Fall of the bone and the sauce perfectly foils the fat part of the meat. My god ka namit!

Backribs is so affordable and delicious. It's a plus that they now have the spicy variant. The pork is tender and the fats melt in your mouth. Truly a must try when you're in Bacolod.
