This was my second time eating at Cabalen, my mom loves their sweet spaghetti and Biringi or aroz valenciana.
The food is appropriate for the price.
My recent dining experience at Cabalen Alimall was a lot better than the one I had at North Edsa. The food was tasty and the selection was worth the price. I really enjoyed the "make your own wraps" and I liked their Prichon. Their dishes were refilled often and new dishes were served throughout the duration of our meal. The only thing I wasn't really impressed with was their dessert selection. Not only did they take a long time refilling the desserts, the dessert table didn't have enough room to move around. Other than that, the meal was worth the price per person.
Came for the gatang kuhol and didnt regret it. They were scrumptious. It was great that you could make your own halo halo as well. Though some of the food were not hot, it is good overall. The restaurant also has a nice, clean and bright atmosphere. Though there was a rogue fly flying about. The servers were ok and the price is affordable as well.
Mediocre taste with not a lot of choices. Service is slow to think it's a buffet and not focused on table service.
