Buffet for only 378 pesos. 🤍✨ The food taste so good!!! It doesn't change over the years. I suggest to add more staffs in the restaurant because of the high demand in the store. I hope the kuhol dish is available because the time we went there was not available. 🥺

After many years, I finally had the opportunity to dine at Cabalen once more. I fondly recall my previous visit, which occurred prior to the pandemic. The cuisine is exceptional, particularly considering that they exclusively serve Filipino cuisine. However, I did notice a lack of innovation and fresh concepts. Not so great selection off dishes, maybe around 2 or 3 main dish then all vegetable and salad. even the lechon is almost pure fat, but the upside for me is their dessert halo halo and some ice-cream and gummies. Place is good clean enough and big enough.

the latest price is now at 498, same buffet style, same menu, consistent food taste and quality, very quick to refill, the staff were courteous and ready to assist, we were seated immediately after paying before we entered the store, the birthday celebrant is free if with 1 or more paying guests. if you miss capampangan cooking, this is the place to go. the downside is that the spaces between the chairs and tables are too close to each other, so always look before you make any turns, even at the buffet area, you don't want to accidentally bump into one another and spill the good food on each…

Just enough filipino dishes to try. Although there are only about 5 dishes that were worth it, fried kangkong, boiled veggies, litson kawali, pork binagoongan, and minatamis na saging. Unfortunately, some staff were not in smiling welcome face. Buffet may be a low price, but the quality of the food and staff should not be taken for granted. There is still a lot of room for improvement to make this more worthy of higher stars.
