It used to be a good place to hang out with friends. Now it's too noisy with 2 rooms on full blast videoke and an acoustic band that's also so loud and not relaxing plus loud piped-in music in between (I wonder why the technician doesn't mind this). And the printed menu is so messy you won't be able to read it clearly, also sticky with peeling cover, very very dirty. Maybe the owners don't care anymore and won't even pay a visit. Food is also not as great as before.

Restaurant isnt that clean, maasim ang amoy. Also we ordered sinuglaw here, it was like they gave us scraps of fats, not much meat in it then they just scattered the fish around to make it look plenty. Worst!
