Lovely and lively place in Bacolod, location is fantastic. The dining area is huge upstairs and downstairs. The vibe of the place is really chill and inviting. But the best is the food options; not only they have good variety of desserts, croissants but they have sandwiches, pastas etc. we ordered coffee, croissant and a sandwhich and all the items really good. Would highly recommend this place if someone is visiting Bacolod and looking for a good cafe

Good coffee food and great service. The waiters were very attentive and helpful. Coffee was interesting: I ordered the earl grey latte. I'd describe it as a coffee milk tea. I liked that it's different. They also have a lot of food options: we ordered a few pizzas for sharing.

I wanna share my experience in this establishment recently. We got a chance to have a lovely dinner with my wife. We were not entertained by this tall male server who's working upstairs. Only gave us the menu but solely focused on the big group which were more dressed formally. We were dressed less compared to them. I guess we were judged on our outfit. Thankfully we called JAY, he was a little busy on the seperate group but went beyond to get our orders. Ordered greek salad to start perfect meal. Philly stunning. Hoping for equal treatment to costumer who wear less.

"I'll give 1 star for the staff assigned for cakes pick-up. Bad attitude!, things could have been better if he explained things in well manner. I went to their counter to pick up my cake reservation, and they were having a hard time tracking my name. The girl with no name tag was so pushy claiming that my name was not on the list worst She was making faces which triggered me. I wanted to stay calm at first, but her attitude towards me was not good. I waited too long. Later on, they found my name, another issue! the date of pick up and size of the cake was wrong.
