wow!!! in almost forty years of my existence that i had the chance to eat at hotel del rio's restaurant, i can say that they have maintained the quality and the goodness of the food they serve, and the whole dining experience as well. all the food that we've ordered tonight was satisfyingly delicious!! ox tongue, honey bacon, back ribs, callos, bacalao. all of them filled my taste buds with delight! but the highlight for me was the avocado cheesecake. it's the one thing everyone must try should they dine here. 👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍

Chicken Parmigiana was tender, mashed potatoes were cold, Fillet Mignon was chewy, Mojito is made from scratch. Cocktails are 50% off starting at 6p. Ambiance of restaurant could be improved, since the cost of a meal there is ₱₱₱.

I've always loved Cafe Del Prado because their staff is very courteous and very friendly. The manager is quite a nice lady too. I'd always order their coffee pairing, which is coffee with cake. Among all their cakes, I'd highly recommend the avocado cheesecake and english trifle. Aside from their coffee and cakes, their pasta is a must-try too. For me, they have the best chicken pesto and spaghetti bolognese in town. Overall, Cafe Del Prado is worth a visit.

Came in around 9am for the Buffet Breakfast. Smelled the bacon being cooked as soon as we came in. Got seated right away since there’s no line. Stations: - omelette station (there were some already pre-made omelettes, fried chewy bacon, sunny side up eggs), but one can also request what kind one wants in their omelette - Crepe station (with Banana, Mango, chocolate/maple syrups) - hot station (sausages, beef stroganoff, tocino, regular rice, Not much vegetables options for Vegans. very nice and homey place, the hotel staff are incredibly helpful and courteous. buffet breakfast comes with a good line of choices. Chocolate de Batirol is excellent! I tried their Shrimp Alio Olio pasta and Pork Sisig, it was okay but quite pricey. Room was very neat though they need to freshen up prior to guest arrival, smells a bit like mold. Overall, it was a good stay! 😊
