Craving satisfied! Cafe Dulcinea brings good quality foods and service. Interior design was good and well balanced. Small dining space but clean and cozy. Staff are very much attentive and well knowledgeable of their products. Must try: Churos Jr. Php150 Ice tea carafe php235 Will definitely go back for more 🤩

Great food! I definitely recommend their sans rival and cream puffs. Their staff is kind and accommodating. P.S. I could be wrong but it seems that SBARRO gets there sans rival from Dulcinea. P.P.S. Much better experience than that other bakeshop also located at The Block where they always seem to have half the menu items NOT AVAILABLE.

Everyone was eating churros when I came, so I ordered one. I must say ang sarap!! It’s so light and crispy, parang kumakain ka lang ng chips. Chocolate dip hindi matamis, perfect for my taste. - P170 Iced cappuccino P170, not sweet nor bitter.
