i expected more from this resto given that they previously offered a degustation in pobla, but the dishes didn’t really deliver. the sisig pie was disappointing.. even for takeout, it should’ve been more savory and flavorful. the foie gras didn’t add much or elevate the dish, though it had potential. the crispy pata kare-kare could’ve been good, but the kare-kare sauce was so bitin..they only gave a small container, which wasn’t enough for the dish. the lengua was soft, but lacked flavor, and the potato pave tasted slightly sour, which was a bit off. the crispy pata itself, though, was really…
