great cafe to study or catch up with friends! good coffee and friendly staff

This cafe had the potential to be a great study spot, but the service ruined the entire experience. We left our table for a short while, and upon returning, we found our belongings cleared and other customers occupying our seats! The issue would’ve been settled if they waited for us to come back but instead, they cleared our things without notice. It was so embarrassing when we went by the counter to get our things while a lot of people were looking at us. What’s worse is we actually spent a lot of money in order for us to stay there.

Nice cafe with relaxing atmosphere. Their double-shot Americano Coffee is ₱108 / $1.95. It’s an average cup of coffee. Tastes like it came from a coffee machine (drip) rather than an espresso machine compared to other coffee shops. Outdoor seating is available although not shaded.

I like this place and give it 4/5 for its taste , service , price , comfort , location , I mean American breakfast and coffee for 7 sgd , that’s a bargain , can’t complain

Good location with parking space.
Nice ambiance, went there at 10 AM on a Friday and the place was really quiet, café music was also not loud and distracting.
There are also outlets by their cushioned seats, but most of their tables are good for 3 to 4 people only.
A convenience store is directly next to the café as well.
You can order pastries and some meals, but I only ordered a hot cappuccino. It was fine, nothing to rave about.
Service is okay, but it took them more than 5 mins to serve my order.

Overall, it's a neat place to hangout in if you're in the area.
