Cafe Kinse, or literally Cafe 15, is located in Road 1 of Brgy. Highway Hills, Mandaluyong City, near Arayat St. The word "Coffee" in faded signage is used, which makes it inconspicuous to the public. The reason why Kinse (Spanish word for 15) is used is named after the 15th Road 1 St. location. It is a residential-based business and the crew is a family member of the residence. You can order any coffee or non-coffee items as well as pasta, and choose a seat on the benches. There is a dog, so be wary but friendly, yet the odor stinks.
