The environment, coffee, and interior are really nice. A good spot for hanging out with friends. Food and drinks were tasty. A visit to this Filipino-American-Italian Fusion restaurant is a must if you're in the mood for it. 😋👍☕🍰

The food and pastries here are below average, unfortunately. With Tarlac’s café scene growing, this spot could use some improvements to stand out. They offer credit card transactions, parking, and al fresco dining, but I’d personally explore other cafés in the area.

Since it's my first time, I won't be able to criticize everything in store, but I'm confident that this cafe has potential to grow. The service is good, very accommodating, but there will still be a room for improvement. The food (Carbonara) is good as I suppose, as it is, maybe a filipino style because of the cream? But I would still like to discover more for my next order. Hope it would give us some option to try the real carbonara style for the price. Gotta love that excellent Pistachio Macaroon 5-stars! A tad gamy and salty on Beef Salpicao 4-stars. Spaghetti & Meatballs 4-stars. Superb Cafe Latte 5-stars. Café Lucho offers Pasta, Sandwiches, Hot Tea, Hot Coffee, Smoothies, Desserts, Cold Brew, Tea Frost and Ice Drinks, Rice meals and All Day Breakfast meals. I'd give 5-stars for overall service if cashier issued an official receipt and food+beverages were given real hot. 5-stars for the ambiance, air-conditioning, cleanliness and proper parking space for no less than 20 vehicles all at the same time shared with other restaurants.

Be careful when you sit on their flimsy chairs. The chair I was sitting on broke and I'm not even the kind of person that one would consider rotund. I almost hit my head to the ground. Good thing I was able to hold on to the table for balance. The waitstaff went to our table to check if the chair was okay or if it was still salvageable. Did not even asked if I was okay or if I needed assistance. All she did was instruct with a stern tone to remove my face mask on the broken chair and proceeded to haul the sad thing with its partially mangled leg trailing behind it to the back kitchen. I ask…
