I like that in the middle of Imus Poblacion we have hidden spots like this. Cafe Monzon is a cooperative-run cafe and it's simple adorbs as the place is airy too, lots of open space and cafe i got Cafe Latte is good.

Venue: A little too laid back IMO. Place felt gloomy. Can use some improvements to make the place more enticing. Food: We only tried two hot drinks. I can't tell the difference.
