JT's manukan is my chicken inasal of choice. But this branch is exceptionally better. Food is consistently good. Also beer is at the perfect temperature. Crowd is so local in good way. Perfect for after work happy hour and dinner.

The service was TOO bad! The crew didnt even approach us while we were peeking on the door to see if it’s full (the crew was just standing on the corner). Kami pa unang lumapit. Some restau would have their crew stand on their doors to assist incoming customers, but this… nvm. Didnt offer us seats while we were waiting outside. The food took 45 mins to be served on our table (we only ordered chicken inasal w rice). The food was 10/10 ALWAYS. The crew 1/10. P.S. Gilmore branch is better

I had lunch alone at this restaurant around 1pm on a weekend. There was plenty of parking available, even though it was a busy time. The chicken was decent (7.5/10), nothing extraordinary but satisfying if you're craving Bacolod-style inasal. The chicken was a bit dry, but the atchara and anato oil took their inasal to the next level, especially when paired with their hot plain white rice. Still pretty good food, no complaints tastewise except the kansi was too salty which u balanced the whole thing. You're not entitled to soup refill though even if you buy a whole kansi, which at close to 400php doesn't seem reasonable. Manam, and all the other filipino restos, will offer at least one free soup refill. With JTs you pay for a small bowl that doesn't even fill the serving bowl halfway.
