Baked by Trimy is my go-to place whenever I want to have coffee, a sandwich, pasta or a sweet dessert. My all-time fav drink is dulce de latte🫶🏻 The staff are accommodating and kind.

I love their doughnuts, they're not too sweet, even the fillings. Majority of the pastries and breads are also good. Their coffees and drinks are also worth trying. The parking is a challege though.

It is often at night after having dinner in a resto in Banawe when we come here. Some of the pastries are on sale near closing. Even if there is 40-50% off, the downside is only few variants are available by then, like 3 kinds of pastries (milktea, blueberry, cinnamon) and some loaves. We buy take out. This place looks minimalist aesthetic so I hope we could have time to dine in one day. They close around 9pm. They also have a second floor. I like the strawberry and Thai milk tea donuts, soft, not too sweet. Ube bar is alright as well, reminiscent of the ones we had as kids. No free wifi…

Food and drinks were very good, aesthetics of the place was also nice, however the ambiance/atmosphere is not work friendly. The music they chose to play did not complement the aesthetic and was too loud. The space is small but I didn't mind it since only a few people stayed at a time, but because of the compact space you hear everyone/everything, even with the table space being at the 2nd floor you can still hear the staffs talking, laughing, and their ruckus downstairs so it was difficult to concentrate and do my work.
