Went here on July 9.Service is 4* only because one of your female staff was not very welcoming. She looks very snobbish as well. No greeting, no Thank you, no nothing. Gives a very bad vibe to us as a customer. The male staffs were great! I forgot to leave a tip, kindly let me know how I can do so. (Targeted more to the male staff) Very helpful. Chef/cook was also really nice & food was great. Atmosphere was also great. The cr near it was not very clean tho. Thank you.

Service was excellent. Everyone was willing to help with a smile and go the extra mile. We did the unli hotpot with korean bbq. If youre into real hotpot - might not be the place for you. Felt like the hotpot idea was an afterthought. Soup tasted like nilaga 😂 how the meat was sliced is not for hotpot as well. And the noodles used is for filipino noodles (chicken mami style) And the korean bbq was pan-fried and nothing korean about it.

HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE! I reserved here through Facebook and even texted the first number indicated on their reply. A day after, they still have not replied. When I called them using the first number they indicated, it cannot be reached so I opted to call the 2nd number. Turns out, they have not read their Facebook inbox AND the number indicated on their replies was no longer in service. The staff even told me that I did not text them. I asked them to send me my Viber account so I can send the screenshots as proof. They insisted that I text them using number #2 on Viber. I tried and turns…
