The best meal of 2025 for us so far. We tried their tasting menu in May. It was amazing. Every meal they served was surprising. I could no longer recall the names of the food they served but we definitely want to come back to experience more of what Cantabria has to offer.

Had my birthday dinner here! Cantabria was only open for around a week at the time, but our standards were surely surpassed! One of my favorite Chef Chele restaurants. You definitely get your moneys worth here especially if you are a big group. We loved all the small plates 🥰

The food was good but honestly, a hit or miss. The Iberico steak was splendid and cooked to perfection. Every bite was decadent for such a dish. The katsu sando was also pleasantly sumptous but not overbearing. The arroz negro was salty, more brine and less depth, but was salvaged enough by the scallops and squid. Despite being a best-seller, the croquetas were disappointing. While it had a good body for a croquette (crisp exterior with a fluffy interior), the jamon iberico did not stand out, and was also salty.
