In my opinion, Carlo’s Pizza is one of the best pizza joints in Tagaytay. I tried their Capriccio & Margarita pizza and their famous Grilled Cheese Nachos and they are delicious. Highly recommend.

Decent pizza and pasta. I love their seafood pomodoro pasta and nachos. My bf likes the lasagna. The best thing is there is a lot of free parking space! A blessing when most restos and cafes in Tagaytay have limited parking. Afaik this is a new location so there is no more view of Taal Volcano but the view of the hillside community outside is still nice.

I ordered pepperoni pizza and fried chicken. Pizza is good but the chicken for me is under seasoned. I wished it was marinated longer and the breading needs more salt & pepper.

Mar 2024: We stopped over to have coffee and dessert. We ordered a sundae, brewed coffee and Carmen's Best ice cream. The sundae was ordinary and the brewed coffee was a joke. It was too watery it tasted like hot tea.
