Came here on an Italian expat's recommendation for authentic Italian pizza, the best pizza place and Italian restaurant he could find in the Philippines (Thanks Loïc). Showed up in the early evening without a reservation but nobody cared because the restaurant was empty, and service was a little slow even when it was only half full. Margherita Pizza, Mozzarella Bufala Pizza and Gnocchi/Gnochetta are great. Even the sourcing of the saffron used in their risotto was carefully done. Their staff and serv…
I love the Italian food here! The carbonara here tho feels too creamy though I don’t taste actual cream. I hope it was egg yolk and pecorino.
