Experienced their delicious food and approachable crews and staff. Managed very well their parking slots and accommodating security personnel. A secured place to relax and staycation. You can experience a native foods that they serve even a warm welcome and costumer service oriented staff and personnel most of all accessible to any guests with a nice environment and a nearby malls and markets...
The view of Mt. Mayon from the fire exit is lovely, and there's a water heater available. Shuttle service is offered, but you need to request it. There's also a bar, but again, you'll have to ask for it. On the downside: No elevator available No water dispenser Old bedsheets and towels No pool Unfriendly staff Creepy hallways and staircases I paid 1,250 per day for a standard room, and it really isn't worth it! They definitely need to make some significant improvements!
Semi-comfortable rooms. We spent 4 days in this room and it was like an old place. The shower curtain is dirty and the sink is rusty. The bowl takes so long to flush. Well, they have friendly staffs and very accomodating to requests. They also have free good food included in the booking.
Price not worth it for the room I recommend Blu Hotel in Tabaco instead
I stayed in the hotel for a week. They gave me a room on the 3rd floor but the hotel doesn't have an elevator which was really frustrating. Everything in the bathroom was Old and looked worn out or broken. I also used the hotel's convention hall which was spacious and still looked quite new.
