Honest Review 📝 Happy to be back again in Intramuros and first time to try Cathedral Food Avenue. The place was so beautiful 😍 and IG worthy. It’s really elegant. Loved its interiors. The food was outstanding. All the food that I ordered was so delicious 😋. I've always wondered about this place everytime I go to the other nearby cathedral diner located by the roof deck. Since it was lunchtime and there's no way I'd eat at a roof deck in the middle of the noontime Philippine sun, I decided to check out this place. Food and the ambiance were ok. Price is a bit high for your casual lunch, but as can be seen by the photos, they have so much better ambiance than nearby places, so the extra premium can probably be forgiven. “Honest Review” Ordered the Bagoong Rice, Chicken and Calamares. Great staff, very courteous and masipag. In terms of food, I would suggest they review their menu and pricing again, I’m all for paying what is right but the taste of the food are just not paralleled to how much they price their food. Bagoong rice, shrimp paste was ok but the minced pork was on the side, not even plated pleasingly. Small place. Super expensive. One American coffee costs PHP 209, which is almost double price than in any coffee shop around. The coffee mug and the plate were shattered and they were clearly old. I’ll never come back.
