This Causeway has always been a family-favorite restaurant. The go-to dishes are the Yang Chow Fried Rice, Bean Curd and Siomai. They also accomadated my request of not putting any vegetables in the Sweet And Sour Pork Dish. They also accept advanced orders. Food was incredible, the menu was a little bit too much for us & when we asked the staff for their best sellers because the menu also had no photos & they simply smiled at us waiting for our orders so we proceeded with whatever was familiar. I would recommend a menu book but the ambience was also lacking - it felt and looked like a fast food chain instead of an oriental-based restaurant. Here's what's keeping this branch packed, despite their notoriously terrible service and the wornout unmaintained store: their awesome tasting food. There are few restaurants that taste as reliably great as Causeway. So, despite waiters that act as if they don't see or hear you, and waiters that deliberately avert their eyes and pretend there's only one table far from where you are seated in the restaurant, as a paying customer you'll just have to suck it.
